Working hard

By My work No Comments

It’s been a while since I’ve had some work pictures here. I’ve been so incredibly busy drawing the last few weeks with a lovely villa in the districts of Bergen. It’s been a lot of fun and it’s super to get ideas visually on what everything looks like before you set out and buy furniture!

You like???

Happy day everyone and keep smiling…

Not really but by the looks of this fabulous home I’m desperately longing for a change of scenery.

Find more pictures from the ever fantastic Dwell.

Looks like a very functional home for a family.

Keep smiling and have a great Friday.

Moody black

Awesome…now I know there are a lot of people out there who would just die thinking of painting their walls black but it just has this magical and amazing effect on a room. A lot of interior designers would totally disagree with me but I think it can make a room bigger widening the space not making it smaller, with thought for combining the ceiling and walls in together.  It’s an incredibly bold colour oozing with self-confidence.

What do you think?

Great pad i Göteborg, Sweden

By Bathroom, Fireplaces, Interior styles One Comment

I’m on the hunt again. This time I’ve found this little treasure in Majorna, an area in Göteborg, Sweden for sale. Look at those high ceilings, enough to make you cry with envy. There’s nothing like the early 1900’s old buildings.  And that beautiful old ‘kakkelovn’. It’s lovely to see people still taking care of the old apartments. Now if this apartment was mine I think I would like to paint the whole apartment in a dark grey, or dark olive or a something dark and sexy! For fun! Why not! But anyway I love what they have done to the apartment here…

What a crazy week I have had. Now it’s time to mellow out for the weekend and relax.

Enjoy the weekend everyone.

New lampshade from Muuto

By Lighting No Comments

Loving this new super big lampshade ‘Under the bell’ from Muuto. Now this is taking acoustics to a new and fun level. How fantastic would this look over a dinner table, very intimate and embracing at the same time. Very sexy!  Tongue in cheek people.   But seriously check out Muutos webpage to read more about ‘under the bell.’

Slow chair

By Furniture No Comments

Slow chair from the French brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, it is made of an extremely strong, shaped knit which fits over the metal frame like a fitted stocking. Due to the knitted sling cover, the Slow Chair is extremely comfortable. The translucent knit replaces the thick cushions of traditional armchairs, making a very lightweight yet elegant big styled chair. And I don’t think I have ever tried a more comfortable chair than the Slow Chair. It has to be tried to believe! So for those of you living in Bergen, TiT Design has it displayed in their store. Take a tit in their store and try it out! I’m in love:)
